Big Steaks Management Names Vitamin Agency of Record for PR
Agency’s Role Expanded in Three-Year Partnership
Baltimore, MD – June 21, 2010
Big Steaks Management announced today that it has retained the boutique design-web-public relations firm Vitamin® as public relations agency of record. Vitamin’s services will include media relations, social media, community relations and overall integrated marketing consultation for our restaurants in three states.
Based in Baltimore, Big Steaks Management is the operator of nine Ruth’s Chris Steak House locations in Maryland, New Jersey and North Carolina. The company, which employs more than 600 people, also owns and operates the Havana Club and the Crystal Room, both in Baltimore.

Big Steaks’ relationship with Vitamin’s dates back to 2008, when Vitamin was retained to handle media relations for our Baltimore City restaurants and our four locally franchised Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants. Now in its third year, we have expanded the contract to include all regions, as well as social media strategy and implementation, integrated marketing consulting and community outreach.
