Established in 1998, Big Steaks Management is a restaurant management group headquartered in Pikesville, Md. We operate nine Ruth’s Chris Steak House locations across Maryland, New Jersey and North Carolina. We also own and operate the Havana Club, Baltimore, Maryland’s hottest upscale nightclub and only indoor smoking venue.

We are one of the largest franchisee operators of Ruth’s Chris locations in the United States. Between our Ruth’s Chris locations and the Havana Club, we employ more than 500 people on the east coast.

Our restaurants are very active in the communities we serve. You’ll often see us at various galas and festivities, donating food to associations and those in need, and dedicating personal volunteer time to non-profit organizations.

We live by a very simple, yet powerful credo that was adapted from Ruth Fertel, the founder of Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Ruth always said, “Treat people as you want to be treated. Be kind and be humble. Be your best at whatever it is you do. Do what you love, and love what you do.”
